WeekOnly several days to go to start my challenge with myself. On this journey you will witness everything I will go through within 6 months to lose my unwanted weight and building muscle. I’ll share all my meals, as much as my time can allow. I’ll share all my classes and give all my workout tips I encounter.
My husband will take a picture one day a week, January 1st, 2015. From there I’ll take 1 picture every few days. No shame-no pain- no gain.
